After nearly a year of intensive research across two distinct projects, we delved deep into the realms of decoupling, exploring avenues of damping, vibration absorption, and decoupling methodologies. Throughout this journey, decoupling emerged as the quintessence of our IKIGAI philosophy, resonating with our core ethos. Moreover, our approach was twofold, incorporating a double-sided strategy that seamlessly integrated ceramic balls both at the top and bottom layers of our designs.

What sets our innovation apart is the incorporation of spring-loaded industrial grade ceramic balls, imbuing our products with a unique mechanical suspension mechanism unprecedented in the industry. This pioneering step signifies a paradigm shift, as no other entity has ventured into the realm of direct spring-loaded ceramic balls.

Subsequent to this pivotal advancement, our focus shifted towards meticulously selecting materials that would optimize speed, accuracy, articulation, musicality, and overall flow. This meticulous scrutiny culminated in the material choices for our products: SUGURE – KANGAI – KINZAN.

With KINZAN, we embarked on a journey to push the boundaries further, aiming to mitigate inherent resonances by layering different materials in accordance with the golden ratio. This deliberate incorporation of the golden ratio not only lends visual elegance to the design but also confers a tangible sonic benefit, attenuating resonance peaks.

Furthermore, recognizing the evolving needs of our discerning clientele, we engineered KINZAN to accommodate heavier equipment, elevating its load-bearing capacity to an impressive 10kg per foot, while SUGURE and KANGAI stand steadfast at 5kg per foot. On request the SUGURE and KANGAI can equip 10kg too, but they will loose the top layer ceramic balls to make place for 6 units on the bottom side, which is very suitable for i.e. heavy amplifiers

Central to our design philosophy is the notion of IKIGAI flow and musicality, ensuring that every component harmonizes seamlessly with the overall system. In our pursuit of excellence, we subjected our designs to rigorous stress tests trough computer simulation besides evaluations by ear. This comprehensive evaluation confirms our success in impeding the propagation of vibrations, safeguarding against unwanted noise transmission both from the rack to the gear and vice versa.
